For more than 35 years, Coach Brett Riesenhuber has helped people lose weight, build strength, improve energy, move better and create lasting transformation through intelligent coaching designed for where their body AND life are NOW.

But Coach Brett’s journey into fitness didn’t start as the naturally fit athlete.

Growing up, Brett struggled with his own weight challenges and knows firsthand what it feels like to be overweight, frustrated and uncomfortable in your own body.

“I was a regular guy who was way out of shape and packing on way too many pounds. I was the fat kid with a weight problem who somehow got into lifting weights…and I loved it. Over time, that passion for training evolved into a passion for coaching and helping other people transform their lives too.”

That real-world experience became the foundation for the coaching philosophy Brett still uses today.

Brett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from San Jose State University and has spent more than three decades refining his approach through hands-on coaching experience with thousands of real-world clients.
